Good reel solution.
The UTD data cable are not rigid.
I miss a trap (or similar) to block the final end neutrik terminal of the reel to the handle of the reel.
The conector integrated on the Reel looks like is not robust or strong enough to engage with cables without cat5 neutrik terminal or similar end for ethernet cables, i experienced disconnections a few times without it....with the ethernet cat 5 (neutrik) terminal at the end , there is no problems anymore, making perfect fit, making it robust.
I will buy a couple of rubber cab cable(1,77¤)to protect the ethernet conector.
After use it with neutrik terminal, firs time I take off some metalic piece part inside of the rj45 reel conector plug , which came out with the conector neutrik terminal at unplugit... the plug on the reel it is still working and doit " click " when you insert the conector...but this metalic piece is from one side inside of the reel plug. that is something to review and do better at fabric.

It is very handy and cheap, although we had some problems with it when stepping on it. Didn't have the problem with a rougher cable

I bought this cheep cable to check my new Soundcraft digital stage box. After a more then a year of intensive use on gigs it still works without any problem. I rate it with four stars only because it became inflexible when is cold.
