I have been a long-time Thomann customer, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a the box pro DSP 115 speaker, expecting reliability, but instead, I’ve been stuck in an endless loop of repairs and frustration.
Within less than a year, the speaker has failed twice, requiring multiple returns. Each time, Thomann "repairs" it instead of honoring their 3-year warranty guarantee and replacing a clearly defective product. After the last repair, they shipped it back damaged, and now they expect me to settle for yet another repair instead of a proper solution.
This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. A speaker should not require constant fixes within months of purchase, and a company that claims to stand by its products should be willing to replace faulty units instead of forcing customers into an endless cycle of returns.
I have wasted time, money, and trust in this process. If you’re considering buying from Thomann, think twice—because if you end up with a faulty product, you’ll be left fighting for your rights instead of receiving the service you deserve.
Thomann, I expect you to step up, take responsibility, and provide the replacement I am owed. Ignoring customers and breaking warranty commitments is unacceptable!
