Instant Spaghetti Nest / I don't even know if I have received 100mtr

My "100metres" came loose wrapped in a ring. Just for a start, finding one of the two cable-ends takes a moment . . than there is no way to "un-roll" the needed length from this ring shaped clump without creating more mess out of this mess. The needed length is on a fiddly journey through layers of cable before been able to be cut. TOTAL MESS . Time consuming, unnecessary, just bad.
I used to receive 100 metres on a spool. One could easily roll off the length that is needed withoud creating a spaghetti nest. WHAT HAPPENED !?
