If you see a B-stock item, this might be my fault...
The only reason I have returned them (an overhead mic pair) was because I sent an acoustic drum kit back and just had no other use for it. Even then, I was debating if I should just keep them for the future.
There's literally nothing you can put your finger on and say 'this could be done better'. 99.99% satisfactory rate.
00.01% is you need to be aware that with heavier mics you need something more sturdy. It is super stable and solid but I had some really heavy tube & ribbon mics and I don't know if this stand could handle it fully extended. It probably could, being so well built, but that would be pushing it. Actually, the worst case scenario would be your arm just going lower with time, not even sure if that would be the case. The base legs are really wide so I don't think it could throw it off balance, everything else is build real well so I might be just overthinking.
I was using it in a very small room with weird-angled ceilings and I had no trouble adjusting it exactly like I wanted.
I was on the fence between another model with a telescopic arm but I definitely would buy this model again. It gives you a little less moving parts and a little more counterweight if needed.
A totally recommended buy.
