Swampy Vibes for days!

I can safely say that this is best and most versatile tremolo pedal to come on the market in years, I was originally planning on purchasing the Jam Pedals Harmonious Monk ( another highly rated tremolo along with the Strymon Flint) but came across this recently released pedal on YouTube- so glad I waited!- this pedal is fantastic, is built like a tank and classy looking. Both the Harmonic tremolo and the Optical tremolo are absolutely superb with multiple routing options and the option to stack the two for some of the swampiest, vibey tones you will ever hear. Highly recommended!

Unwanted volume boost

So, I wanted to love this pedal. The build is absolute excellent, heavy and sturdy. The feel of the knobs might be the best ever. The versitality of being able to chain two different tremolos, and place each one whereever you want in your fx chain is awesome.

BUT - the optical tremolo channel has a huge volume boost. Even if I turned the gain knob all the way down, it was still a noticable volume boost. I'm not sure if I got a bad unit but it just made me not love this pedal. The harmonic trem was the opposite, it has a big volume drop but at least you can compensate that with it's gain knob.

Ultimately, I sent it back.
