In order to build an exact multicore for a certain recurring application, I bought a Pro Snake Stagebox 9950 and a Harting Trumpet PG 16 among others. The use of the PG 16 is absolutely necessary for the safe removal of the cable from the stage box.

As usual, everything came 2 days after the order was placed. But then I suddenly had a very big problem with the installation of the PG 16 Trumpet in the Stagebox.

It fit everything, but a crucial part was missing!

There was no lock nut in the scope of delivery of the Harting PG 16 Trumpet to screw it into the bore of the Stagebox.

The one extra mother needs to be ordered separately, with no word in the article description - more yet, there is not at all loose to buy.

After numerous calls from various electrical installers in my home town, I got a suitable mother.

Cost point 35 cents.

So you should think of Thomann to offer a product so that you can use it immediately, or point out that you need an additional part for the assembly - in this case a lock nut!
