Harley Benton Parts Copper Shielding Tape

I don't know why I had it in my head that I had to fork out big bucks for big branded copper shielding tape.
I bought this on a whim to insulate my tele guitar which was humming like mad under fluorescent lighting.
Cheaper than the other stuff I normally buy and it did the job perfectly.
Also, I had some left over for any patch ups on other guitars.
It's cheap and it works. I can't say any more about copper tape.

Is doing perfectly his job.

It sticks well, also it takes the form of the guitar electronics slot very well if you help it with a plastic card or a pen for the corners. It was enough for me to shield pot and switch slot plus 2 humbucker slots on the front. If you're in doubt just order 2.

This is all you need to properly shield your guitar or bass electronics from electromagnetic interference. Lay it out in the control cavity and the bottom side of your pickguard, ensure good contact between the layers and you should be good to go! Nothing to complain here - good quality stuff and reasonably priced.

i shielded all of my guitars with this tape, and its still a lot tape left for other future shieldings. Guitars are noiseless now, i had some trouble with hum coming from the pickguard of my telecaster. Now it works perfectly fine

Good thick copper great for pickguards. Be aware the adhesive is NOT conductive so you will need to solder every joint.That said though its thick tuff copper.
Great for shielding guitars and bass from unwanted hum and interference. One roll fully treats a guitar or bass's internal control and pickup cavities.
Overall a good Shielding at a good price as HB does.

I was able to shield my strat pickguard at a stretch with one roll, that was all I needed it for so very happy with the product however if you are shielding more than multiple rolls are needed

It's a copper shielding tape. It works.

Does what it's meant to do, molded well in the guitar cavity and was as sticky as it needed to be

This tape easy to cut and glue on inner surface of guitar. I would recommend to order two pieces at once as one tape maybe not enough. It is smaller than it seems on photo.
