A great tool

Joachim875, 15.02.2011

The Fidel prepares joy and is fun - and price performance is outstanding. Regarding strings, I recommend a clear upgrade - Pirastro Tonica, for example, fit perfectly to this violin: blades are much better and play more pleasantly. Also the bridge needs a revision for me: the roundness is too flat, so it is sometimes quite difficult to play the D or A string without letting the neighboring resonate. After a few months of use

David8818, 18.02.2014
Beginner and self-taught, my opinion is worth what it is worth ...

I have just acquired another violin for pleasure, but I will keep the harley benton, which gives me still full satisfaction, apart from the rope of the ground which oddly does not want to sound as it should.

I specify that from the purchase, I changed all the strings, the original ones are quite average I find.

The great strength of this violin is the built-in preamp, its weakness comes from the also I think, because it is its weight ... even if there is worse :)
