Not compatible with Apple Mac mini

I connected the Fun Generation USB One mic directly to a USB port on my Apple Mac mini to use for Zoom calls. Whenever I spoke the unit caused a low-level distorted echo that matched my speech pattern immediately after I had finished speaking. When I replaced the Fun Generation USB One mic with a Zoom H2-configured as a USB mic, everything worked fine so the incompatibility issue is with the Fun Generation USB One mic.
Apple Mac running OS 10.15.4

Pros: RMA raised without any problem so very happy with support from Thomann
Cons: I have to find a USB mic that works as I need the H2 for another task.
