They perfectly do the job both with P and J style pick ups (at least Fender’s - with other brands pick ups these Fender Pickup Mounting Screws could be slightly too thick).
Excellent workmanship guarantees efficiency in fixing with the screwdriver. Perfect chroming.

They're quite standard and I believe they would fit most PU's, very solid material
