N.D. Propane, 29.09.2014
- output level: as is claimed a good corner higher than with conventional bass strings made of steel or nickel - Depth: thomann is, as claimed, somewhat more pronounced - Treble range: also the trebles are clearer and more brilliantly pronounced than with nickel or steel strings - Playability: in my opinion a significantly lower friction resistance -> I find personally very comfortable - Durability: still to find out - my first set was only used for thomann 3 sessions - the strings still sound very good, but do not feel that the durability of the sound quality is not higher than with uncoated steel strings. More details can not be said at this point yet. - Sound: very metallic with neat draft
- Costs: For bass players, standard strings are already very expensive - these are, however, ultra expensive and only suitable for the big purse as a standard. Is this worth for you?
