Great drum. Some mediocre cost cuts
Wishiwastaylorhawkins 08.05.2025
Great sounding drum. Really heavy so you'll need a decent stand. Head changes are as easy as the YouTube videos show, as is the tuning.

The snare throw off is not to my taste. It works fine, but the knob that changes the
wire tension feels a little bit cheap.

On running my fingers around the inner rim of the batter counter hoop, the feel was bobbly in places. Not sharp, just bobbly.

The heads are Evans (I emailed the company to ask), but you wouldn't know to look at them nor do I know what type. They seem fine and I recon are pretty thin.

I think the head tension mechanism and ease of head change outweighs the slightly mediocre throw off.
