Clearsonic A5-4 Drum Shield

Die Erwartungen an das Drumshield in Bezug auf Laustärkereduzierung war am Anfang etwas enttäuschend. Die Erwartungshaltung war zu groß. Man müßte, um eine deutliche Lautstärkereduzierung zu erreichen, das Schlagzeug dazu komplett abkapseln.
Tatsächlich ist es so, dass der Sound im Bandgefüge durch das Shield kompakter wird. Das Drumset kommt "ausgeglichener" rüber und nicht mehr so drückend. Wahrscheinlich spielt unser Drummer auch bewußter, weil der Schall vom Shield etwas reflektiert wird.
Zusammengefasst: Schallreduzierung "minimal". Gesamtsounderlebnis "gut". Den Aufnahmemix werden wir noch testen. Das Shield werden wir behalten.
