This cable is a MUST. And indeed, simply because you can not do a lot with a headset without cables ;-) Therefore, there's actually not much more to say about it: The processing of the plug is perfect. The male XLR plug is held by Neutrik and the elegant black of the cable.

Depending on the application possible not quite as successful: The 6.3 mm jack plug for the headphones has been badly short. So if the XLR-channel for the microphone is further from the 6.3 mm headphone input, one has without extension solution bad maps.

Right handy: The 7-pin plug, which you plug into the headset, can be tightened with a screw if necessary.
