I play (hard) rock / metal / trash / punk. I don't care that these are for "country, rock and jazz". I love the dark sound, long sustain and the annoying, absent high frequencies that regular cymbals have. Perfect for me.
14" Hi-hat: Really slushy and dark while open, just the way I like it. While closed, a snappy nice sound comes out. Easy for ears if you play it in a small club on a gig. Not too loud, just great.
16" Crash: harder to light up than 18". Dark, semi-long sustain, with more attack than the 18". Doesn't have such a full/big sound as the 18". Still sounds great, although different to 18", not just the frequency. No real bell.
18" Crash: Lights up easily, long sustain, nice and slushy dark sound. Definitely my favorite cymbal in my set. 16" crash is 9,5/10, but this one is 10/10. Feels thinner than the 16". Propably explains the differences. Nice bell to play on.
20" Ride: Awesome shady sound on the bell. Great sound while beating it hard with the shaft or the tip. Dark and smooth, long sustain, low volume.
10/10, great volume, perfect sounds, no annoying highs!
