Don't let the peculiar isolator EQ style on this unit fool you - once you get the used to how it works you might find yourself loving it!
For me, this dj mixer ticks all the right boxes.
The mic pre is loud, and distorts in a pleasing way when overloaded, unlike some other mixers I know. I only wish the mic channel could also be sent to the fx loop, this being perhaps the biggest flaw of the mixer.
The FX send can be configured pre or post fader for both channels separately, and if you're not using three channels, you can reroute the fx loop back to channel three for additional post EQ for the fx loop.
The crossfader and the linefaders have quite a lot of controls for tweaking the response. However, I strongly recommend the eternal fader upgrade for anyone looking to scratch with this one, the stock fader is not that good.
A pity ecler has stopped manufacturing dj mixers. The nuo 2.0 is an excellent piece of gear, with just the right amount of portability, sound quality and features.
Ps. aftermarket faders and knobs, such as chroma caps, fit well to this mixer.

Kompakti ja hyvä 2-kanavainen mikseri, jossa on kattavasti liitäntämahdollisuuksia.
XLR-ulostulo on melko harvinainen tällaisessa 2-kanavaisessa mikserissä.

Very solid basic mixer with few shortcomings
iljatu 21.11.2022
So this thing is a really simple and solidly build mixer with good sound quality. But it has a few annoyances.
+ Solid build
+ Simple
+ Good looking
+ Good sound quality
+ Small size
- The crossfader is really not smooth enough for proper scratching. It can be replaced with eternal fader but haven't tried that. You can do basic simple scratches but it's not really a battle crossfader.
- The line fader curve is pretty weird but once you find the right spot it works fine
- The EQs split opinions, the middle EQ is really dominant and contains most of the sounds. Some like it, I don't.
- Only has one land screw where both turntables grounding cables go, super annoying if you need to fiddle with the inputs.
- After two years of use left channel on one of the phono inputs died and I had to send the mixer for maintenance.

Valitettavasti tapahtui virhe. Ole hyvä ja yritä uudelleen.

I had old Ecler Nuo 2, not 2.0. Nuo 2 was made from good steel. All keys and gainers were made from really good composites. Nuo 2.0 is made from thin steel on the side and from aluminium on the top. While scratching, it's really not good in touch. Like is polishing your fingers and nails somehow... really strange and uncomfortable. Sound quality is the same, but materials are worst than 12 years ago. I'm sad, that was my fav brand. I would like to say I was playing on alien's and pioneer's mixers too nad Ecler was my fav for years. Gonna keep it but Im not happy.
