Excellent preamp.

Bought it for my ribbon mics, worked wonders on my condenser mics too. For ribbons it brings life into them, opens up their sound and oh no noise when recording quieter sources like fingerpicking acoustic guitar as it has a ton of clean gain. Sure, the eq is not the most versatile thing in the world but it's enough to shape the sound when tracking. For condensers, well it's just a high quality clean preamp, what you hear is what you get basically. I highly recommend this preamp if you have any kind of ribbon mics, top notch.
