Sturdy, heavy and solid construction.

I was expecting this to be a great chair, a chair id sit on for hours while practicing/recording and not get tired.. after all its not cheap chair.

Its solid, well made and sits well planted on the floor. Its somewhat portable, has wheels and folds up. Pretty heavy. So ill never carry it around for a gig or jam. Its not very comfortable for extended periods of time. After 15 to 30 mins, i need to stand up for a bit. They should have used more comfortable foam for the chair. Backrest isnt the best fit either. The foot rest is harsh when barefoot. The plastic edges and moulded grip design digs into my feet over time. Have to wear slippers or shoes. So overall, i was a bit dissapointed. I do use it often though, just not for very long.

Stable, heavy seat but poor craftmanship. Do not buy.

Bought this chair in 2015 because of back problems when playing for longer periods of time. Unfortunately it s weight for me is a no-go for taking it to gigs. It helped me with playing longer periods at home. The seat however is poorly made. It looks great but after two years the fabric was torn between sitting and back upright part of seat. T Homann provided a new seat under warranty which was great. Now, within two years, exactly same thing happens and damage looks even worse. To me looks like the fabric used is just not strong enough.
Recommended THomann to take this seat out of their catalogue.
My advise is not to buy this item. For this money you must be able to find something worth it.

the only thing I didn't like, is that the lowest position is not low enough for classical guitarists. and the foot rest is too short, it should be more extended.
