I decided to soundproof my studio and I did, using very expensive materials . The room sounded better, but my audio was not ideal outside the studio. I decided to buy a device to EQ the room- Behringer Ultracurve pro. A lot better, but still not happy with results, so I bought Sonarworks - Speakers and HDphones. Everything has chnged for the better!! All I produce souns the same outside my studio. Easy to calibrate, easy to use - It has improved everything I work . When I'm on tour or outside my studio I use it to calibrate my headphones - and it's great!
