Schatten Design HFN Player passiv

Snímače mám ve 2 akustických kytarách Furch, nahradil R.L.Baggs Anthem. Zvuk je neuvěřitelně živý, velmi blízký právě kombinaci piezo/mikrofon. Má hodně výšek (instalace pomocí oboustranné lepící pásky), to je jen dobře, protože s omezením výšek ekvalizérem se také omezí případný šum předzesilovače. Mám už připravený další snímač k instalaci do nové kytary. Instalace je docela jednoduchá a na rozdíl od Pure Western Mini je možné snímač bez poškození vyjmout. Zatím nejlepší piezo, jaké jsem vyzkoušel. Potřebuje dobrý předzesilovač, místo Schatten Design Mini Pre Acoustic Preamp jsem vyzkoušel
tc electronic Spark Mini Booster nebo ekvalizér Danelectro DJ14 Fish&Chips, oba nešumí a zvuk je čistý a přirozený.
Pokud chcete mít předzesilovač v kytaře, je tu aktivní verze se zesilovačem v endpinu.

For me one of the best acoustic pickups (in mix with some other pickup).
Not so convincing alone. I use in more guitars with magnetic or piezo pups.
Here in my Furch baritone guitar "microphone" feel to sound. Passive version has low signal, needs some preamp. Because it is piezo construction, works well with IR too!
Elaboration and manual could be a bit better ( 3D printed base). Plastic case sealed with cheapest adhesive tape drove me crazy during unboxing :)

But finally me Schatten became standard pickup for my guitars.

I say a few videos of this pickup online and was intrigued so I said I would give it a go,, I have been through many different pickups in many guitars,, This one is definitely one of the best sounding passive pickups. It does however have a pretty low output and really does need a preamp to get the best from it. I have it installed in my Guild GSR f30 and does a good representation of the guitars acoustic sound.. I would save realistically captures around 80% of the guitars true sound which I feel it very good for a pickup.. it is very natural sounding and I feel it is a lot nicer sounding than the K&k and better with handling feedback.. You have two install options, sticky tape and putty, I had best results with the putty. I hope this review helps. !!
