Love this thing for trying to get into the Rice Miller Bye Bye Bird rendition. not cheap but a great low harp.

Low and still loud and responsive

It’s not cheap but it’s worth it: the low notes can still sound pretty loud. The instrument is also durable enough.

Hey leute!
Es war gar nicht so leicht eine C-Harp zu bekommen die in den tiefen Tönen zu spielen ist. Nach kurzer Wartezeit und einem stolzen Preis war es dann endlich soweit.

Die Verarbeitung ist natürlich klasse. Keine Ecken, keine Kanten kurzum ne runde Sache.
Der Sound ist bluesig rough, röhrt aber nicht. (Die Simmzungen liegen groovy im Kanzellenkörper)
Das Bending im unteren Bereich, besonders Kanzelle eins ist etwas schwierig, da die Zunge sehr massiv ist (Deshalb bei Ansprache nur 4 Sterne). Die Overblows dagegen sind ein Traum. Noch nie war es so leicht in Kanzelle 10 ein Bending zu erzeugen.

Alles in Allem: wer eine Low C sucht sollte vor dem Preis nicht zurückschrecken. Es lohnt sich!!
PS. Eine Sache hätte ich beinahe vergessen. Die meisten Harps in der Preisklasse haben ein kleinen Case zum transpotieren. So auch diese und das ist gut so.

Und die teuerste.
Hat eine Absenkung der unteren Stimmplatte bei den tiefen Tönen, wie die tiefen Manjis.
Spielt gut.
