Basso Stupendo!

Acquistato questo basso come prima esperienza di un 5 corde e ne sono rimasto estasiato! Un suono caldo e avvolgente, estremamente versatile dati i due pickup e l'eq attivo sul basso (anche se il basso è ottimo e utile anche con i controlli passivi). Il suo look elegante e raffinato mi ha colpito, ma il suono e la facilità nel suonarlo è quello che mi ha conquistato. Arrivato con un setup pressoché perfetto e con una custodia semirigida decisamente apprezzabile e imbottita quanto basta. Sicuramente contento dell'acquisto, rapporto qualità prezzo al top! Unica pecca potrebbe essere il peso, il basso è infatti piuttosto pesante, difetti trascurabili considerando la qualità del suono e in generale nell'attenzione ai dettagli.

Ein sehr schönes Instrument

Optisch ein makelloses Instrument. Der geröstete Hals liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Der Bass musste noch etwas nachgearbeitet werden.
Ich habe die Saitenlage optimiert und bekam folgendes Problem: In den oberen Lagen gab es einige zu hohe Bundstäbchen. Das konnte ich mit meinen Gitarrenbau Werkzeugen ausgleichen. Jetzt ist die Saitenlage und der Halsneigungswinkel perfekt eingestellt.
Im Vergleich zum P7 Bass ist der P8 etwas leichter, deutlich organischer im Klang und hat eine tolle Ansprache der Töne . Die B-Saite klingt definiert. Ein sehr ausgewogenes Klangbild der einzelnen Saiten zueinander. Ich bin froh, mich für den teureren P8 entschieden zu haben, zumal noch ein sehr wertiges Gigbag dabei ist.
