We try to stock up on products not least, so we can help you out with a replacement unit, because we all know that gear tends to fail prior to an important gig.

Our logistics is entirely located at Treppendorf. That way we have quick access to each item of our product range.

Manufacturers and distributors like to dispense of special items all at once, not one at a time over a couple of months. We always keep enough buffer space in our warehouse for special deals like that. Sometimes, distributors change or go out of business and we can secure the whole of the remaining stock at a discount, enabling us to pass on to you.

Not only do we import our own brand products directly, but we also buy many brand name products directly from the manufacturers. That way we aren't bound to the distributors' limited quantities and can make products available that are sold out at the official distributors.
Because of high transportation costs, that's only feasible at higher quantities, but during the Christmas season, in particular, direct import are really inevitable.

Tolls and ever increasing petrol prices have made transportation costs a substantial part of the total purchasing price. In the end, it's always the customer who has to pay for that, no matter where he or she buys. The most efficient way, therefore, is to buy by the container. Just one container can hold up to 1,500 guitars of just one model, almost 2,000 power amps or up to 4,000 keyboards :-)
