We are Hiring!

We are looking for a new member of staff to join our Dutch Sales Team here in Treppendorf, Germany (40 hours per week).

Job description :

  • Processing orders, email enquiries and to help customers with questions / product advice.
  • Translation of product features and marketing activities
  • Acting as a “gateway” between international customers and the product specialists (eg PA, Studio, Guitar etc.)

We require:

  • Perfect language skills in Dutch and English.
  • Working experience in customer service, call centre skills, sales departments or similar.
  • A motivated individual who enjoys being part of a multi-cultural team.
  • Experience in working with PCs

  • caring about international requests, orders, reclamations via telephone, email of fax
  • translation of product features and marketing activities
  • “gateway” between international customers and the product specialists

  • persistency, capacity for teamwork and politeness
  • willingness to work overtime and Saturdays
