This is maybe the most spectacular hidden gem in the entire snare drum catalogue, as this is a Masters Maple Reserve at half the price (or even less).
It has the same shell configuration, same hoops, same throw-off, has the STL100 lugs instead of STL tube lugs (which still are the same series) and even has the better high-end snare wires SN-1420D compared to the mediocre S-022 ones on the Masters Maple Reserve.
If you can live with the 1 available color per size, get one … as a matter of fact, just get one, they will become very sought-after once they are sold-out.

A reliable workhorse
This is practically a Masters Maple Reserve series snare but with a fraction of the price. World class build quality and features make this a trusty workhorse that will work in any style of music. Easy to tune with a full bodied and crisp sound.
