More tilt angles than the image reveals
I use it for a 10" splash cymbal so I can have one less cymbal stand cluttering the floor.
Note that what looks like being only a telescope arm on the image is actually a tiltable boom arm as on any other cymbal boom stand. Great!
Also plan to use it as an hi-hat microphone stand. Either by adding a mic thread adapter (like Gibraltar SC-GMCMA,) or simply weld on a 3/8" threaded rod.
The boom arm joint is a bit rough and not super smooth to handle, but still great value for the money (13.90¤, Jan '17).

A perfect match
I have a very limited floor space for my drums. It is actually inside a walk-in closet)) It's impossible to fit a second cymbal stand on the floor.
I use the Millenium Hoop Cymbal Mount for my Zultan Aja 10" Splash on the floor tom.
So, I used Splash as a Crash, before I've discovered Millenium CBC-Set 03 boom arm. Apparently, the down tube's diameter is a match for older snare stands' feet. Those take less floor space than a standard cymbal stand. And that's how I managed to add a 14" Millenium Crash to my drumset.
I was worried, it will not be stable, but it's a boom arm, and the boom makes a perfect counter weight for the thin Crash. Quality is not perfect, but it works great, and it's even cheaper than the hoop mount!
What's not to like, I've even got a spare clip/clamp left )))
I will certainly find a use for it too. Great stuff, Thomann!
