Quite nice - but there are issues

I bought this guitar mainly because of the stainless frets. Along came a lower end Floyd Rose unit and Grover tuners.
My guitar sounds well at bedroom level but turning up the volume results in uncontrolled squealing feedback. Impossible to play in a band with this guitar.
I will have to fix this squealing noise in the guitar on my own cost since I don't want to send it back to Thomann for service (I have thrown away the box and don't know how to send it in a decent parkage).
As the reviews say, the frets were very scratchy when the guitar arrived but after playing a while it gradually went better.
The tremolo arm is just impossible to tighten enough to get rid of a ratteling gap without tightening it to very stiff (which is hard to do by hand at all). Thomann sent me a replacement arm with the same features.
A tip regarding the tremoloarm - it can be replaced with Floyd Rose Push-In Style Tremolo Arm - Article number: 559709 at Thomann.
Thomanns guitar experts told me it would not fit but I bought it on my own expense and it fitted right in. A super product, making the whammy bar so much smoother.
The paint on the neck is kind of laying on top of the wood, has not sunk into the wood and is coming off on a coupe of places. Thomann gave me a discount for this.
I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility on Thomann's side regarding fixing the noise. I have offered to change the pots and switch in the guitar but they will not send replacement parts (I have already switched the pickups but the problem remains).
However, looking away from these flaws I think the guitar is nice to play, it is fairly resonant and it has a very nice shape on the neck. Thin and fast. Now it is up to me to fix it so I can play with it for real.

Nice looking guitar, attention to detail "exceptional"

This Guitar the Harley Benton Fusion-III HH FR Roasted FCH has a fit and finish worth the price, but due to pricing I think some features are a bit lacking, as the pickups are thin and underpowered making the instrument sound thin and lacking in presence and the tone control has some noise in it. The neck is very playable and feels comfortable moving up and down the neck due to the finish which is flat. I do have an issue with the truss rod adjusting the roasted neck though. The neck is quite stiff due to the hardness of the wood making the adjustments very small regardless of the amount of turning on the truss rod nut. After having ordered this with a roasted neck I would rather have a non-roasted neck. I have tried to adjust the truss rod because of the height of the strings is too high at the upper fretboard, but the neck is too stiff to move very much. After some relief of the neck the lower frets ring on the strings. So I've been able to find a medium adjustment which is acceptable, albeit not optimal. I feel obligated to give an assessment of this gear for the next customer looking to get a guitar that is worth paying for. This guitar is beautiful to look at and it plays very, very well. The emphasis on this guitar seems to be the total package, but the electronics do suffer. It has a fine looking maple top with crisp looking details all around. The clear coat is flawless under close inspection. This company is noteworthy having a process that makes fine looking guitars. I would venture to say putting very nice pickups in this guitar and having a slightly straighter neck, this would be my favorite guitar and I have several very nice, very expensive guitars. Thanks Thomann!

Unbelievable guitar for this price point

As with everything else i've ever ordered from Thomann delivery was fast and i was kept up to date with tracking the whole way.
The guitar was well packaged but i did have other items so it came in a larger box, i'm unsure how it would be packaged if it was just a guitar being sent.
Out of the box the guitar was very well set up and i only had to make a couple of minor adjustments to suite my playing style (there's a few big name guitar makers who could learn a few things here)
Guitar looks stunning and much better than in the pictures.
I'd heard mixed reviews on the roswell pickups but after trying all combinations and the split coil i'm impressed, i expected to be changing these out but for now they will stay and i will see how i get on with them.
Overall i am more than happy with this guitar and i have no idea how Harley Benton can offer a guitar with these specs at this price point with such good quality control. I will definitely be considering HB in the future when buying a guitar.

Great for the price!

This guitar is so nice at such a low price.
The finish and everything was so beautiful. It was also packaged nicely came in tune as well. Feels good to play and overall just a good guitar. If you're on a small budget and want a good guitar buy this!
