The pickup sounds awesome for a pickup (best I've heard), blends well with mics.
The bridge is a nice french type, in my case the acoustic sound is slightly better (projects a little better and slightly brighter) than with the Bausch bridge I had fitted before.

Fishmans documentation on the product is very bad, but they were quick to answer emails.
I had it installed with the pickup on the treble side (IE. A-string side) as recommended by me luthier, it's abit more tricky for a luthier to carve the bridge due to the cable sticking out.

It works well when simply plugged into guitar amps or effects pedals, a good EQ is a must though.
