EMG DG20LH for Fender Strat

Fairly straight forward to fit, best to remove strings completely.
The active circuitry gives the Strat a much punchier sound than the standard pickups. Much quieter than the originals ,need to back off the volume sometimes if you want to keep a clean tone, only installed a month ago so can't comment on the battery life which can only easily be replaced by removing the strings and unscrewing the entire pickguard assembly.Subject to this I would say it has improved the tone of my Strat and is a worthwhile purchase.

utilisation sur Fender mexicaine de 2009

A complétement transformé ma guitare .
Micro actif de bonne qualité.
Montage facile grâce à la qualité du produit .
Micro + électronique au top , assemblage sans soudure .
Petite modification des ressorts pour placer la pile dans le coffre du vibrato . ( tellement plus pratique ) , je ne l'utilise pas , donc c'est moins pénible a régler ).
Les boost donnent un gros gros plus en clair. J'ai l'impression d avoir une autre guitare.
Par contre sur les distos , je dois les baisser les boost pour ne pas parasiter mon son ( tous dépend des micros que j'utilise aussi ).
Cela vient peu être aussi de ma configuration de matériel.
Je ne regrette pas mon achat même si le prix est élevé le rendu en vaut le détour.

Suono eccellente.

Ho installato il set in sostituzione di due pickup Fender American Strat (neck and medium) e un Seymour Duncan Hot Rail (bridge), montati su Fender Stratocaster American Standard. Il suono è radicalmente cambiato: è più pulito, caldo, morbido, anche nel distorto; occorre dedicare un pò di tempo per trovare i giusti bilanciamenti tra EXG e SPC, che offrono davvero tante possibilità per modulare a piacimento il proprio sound. Ottime anche le possibilità offerte con la manopola del volume.
Con la giusta attrezzatura si possono davvero creare suoni eccellenti (utilizzo la chitarra collegata al processore Line6 Helix).
Se si cerca un suono aggressivo, non è il prodotto adatto; se si cerca un suono che si avvicini al Gilmour della Red Strat, vale la pena provare. Per ora massima soddisfazione.

comment vous dire c'est énorme pas de retouche a faire pour l'installer je me suis fais une défonce pour un porte pile 9v 2h après une fois fait je branche et la paradis s'ouvre a mes oreilles un son super beau autant dans les aigues que dans les graves son saturé je sais pas je m'en sers jamais pardon pour les rockeus ou autres adeptes du genre mais en wha ou phaser un régal et son clair fabuleux sa coute chère mais sa les vaux a refaire je le refais même ma télecaster va passer en emg thomann au top comme toujours
