Instant Tangerine Dream!
This clock multiplier does exactly what it should. it multiplies incoming clocksignals to what ever you'd like. Controllable via CV you can sweep (if you like) it's entire settings. However you probably will want an attenuator to fine tune the CV cause if you are not looking for wild and crazy you dont want to control it with an LFO doing -10 to +10 V, it just turns it into garbled mayham.
Cons: It could have had an internal Bias where you could set the 0v point and you could wiggle around that setting. Now you have to patch that before you send the signal.
Pros: it works well with uneven timing and it's easy to use. Just dial in the setting you want and go.

Another useful module
The A-160-5 Clock Multiplier is another must-have module from Doepfer. What's interesting with this module is the ability to CV-change the different clock multipliers so you can accomplish ratcheting. I don't tend to use this in module in every patch, but for some things it's extremely useful. Interface and layout is like always with Doepger great and easy to understand.
