Great pick with raspy attack
Noceur 21.02.2019
I enjoy picks that are thick and solid, which Chicken picks obviously are. The pick in question has a great, raspy attack that I have a hard time reproducing with other picks. Compared to this pick most picks have a "plasticky" attack that I don't enjoy.
I also seem to have an easy time picking with precision and sweeping.

Grip: The matte finish combined with embossed print provides great grip. I've never had the pick slip out of my grasp. I nocked off a star because Dunlop Flow picks, for example, have even better grip.
Durability: I've used the same pick for 10 months now and it's just starting to show some slight wear on the tip.
Quality: The pick is worth the money, great durability, playability and it actually affects my tone (positively in my opinion).

I'd heard good things about Chicken Picks so I bought a few different variants to try out. I like the size of these (a few millimeters wider than for example Dunlop Tortex), the material is also very grip-friendly and doesn't slip that easily. Marketed as "extremely hard plastic" I expected them to keep their shape and don't wear out too quickly. Unfortunately, after a weeks playing (a few hours here and there) the relatively pointy tip became flat and worn down. It still feels good to play with (the material "grips" the string in a really good way), but if you prefer a pick that keeps its pointy edge for a longer period of time, I would look at other brands or materials instead. I've had better success with Gravity Picks in this regard.

I find this pick is a bit too large for a guitar, but it's very usable for bass.
