Disgraceful Service by Thomann
I received this product in Oct 2024. As I started to use it for home use, rehearsal and live gigs, I discovered the most awful intermittent issue. From absolutely nowhere it would go into ear-deafening screech mode with the only resolution to hit the power button off. When us musicians play gigs, the volume will always be high as we're using these as monitors. When that screech happened in a live gig, it was a health and safety issue.
Anyway, what happened next has actually left me in shock. The Thomann services team and process is simply the worst I've encountered. They seem happy to take your money but when there is a product issue, you discover the problems. I asked them in 3 separate emails to call me directly by phone and they refused. They then gave me a date for collection and didn't turn up. Eventually, they admit they have no UK services operation and no easy way to get back to their Germany based operation. It took 4-5 weeks of no communication for them to finally send me an email saying they had the physical receipt of my product. They then told me that's just the way it is, and have subsequently refused to call me and give me any timely updates.
Now I clearly may have just got a defective product but as we end Feb 2024, I'm still without a working product. I have no communication on what's happened, no root cause and have finally felt compelled to share my story.
I would be very wary of buying anything from a company that has a sales model but clearly cannot support you post-sale. That's the best way I can describe Thomann.

such a versatile amp
I joined a band as a keyboard player and this amplifier was just what I needed. Not only does it have great volume, but the built-in effects are also really handy. Later, I bought an electric guitar which sounded great with the effects such as distortion. It has loads of functions too.

Fantastic Value for Money - 600 watts x 4 inputs
I used this amp as a monitor for my Yamaha DTX700 edrums, all I can say is - fantastic..
The drum bass sound is so full and loud, you will never hear any picking sounds or clipping even at full volume.
The only downside is that its quite heavy, and the cable connections are located at the back, but thats minor.
The best part is it has a built in equalizer, so you can shape the sound very easily.
I would probably recommend this amp to my friend...

great budget keyboard amp with super clean sound
I use this for small gigs and rehearsals. I've not heard a keyboard amp that is as clean as this. The price is amazing for what you get. 4 stereo inputs and a basic graphic are really useful.
Its built tough although the knobs are a little vulnerable. Much better than any Roland keyboard amp and half the price.

Thomann rocks again
Awesome amp with clear sound and very good price(in my country, the price is almost two times bigger), thumbs up! Also very fast delivery and professional staff. GJ guys, looking forward to make more orders with you!

Disappointingly poor.
As soon as I turned on the amp there was a hum and a and crackling noise which lasted around a minute then disappeared. I thought maybe it was just the 'newness' of the components. Seemed to be okay for about an hour into my first gig when it let out an deafening hum and crackle through the PA system. Immediately returned. Quality control obviously not been used in the case of this amp. I have been a Thomann customer for over 10years but nearly 15 days since returning it to Thomann I still have not received my refund.

Very good many-sided amplifier for not big halls
Without a little bit narrow bass sound, it is high valid product for not expensive price.
