Easy to use all the time!
Already use an AKG system for gigs, but was intrigued by the plug-and-play design of this system. Its brilliant, even round the house I use it - just plug one unit into any amp , and the other into any guitar and you're away. Its so easy just to swap from one rig or guitar to another, easier than a cable in my view!! I havent noticed any appreciable change in sound between ordinary cable & this radio so thats a plus. I've used it for several small gigs without issue - of course the freedom of being wireless goes without saying - but the added freedom this has to quickly switch guitars between songs is a bonus. Charging takes about 2hrs, but they last for more than a gig, usually around 5hrs. For quality I've deducted a mark because the first unit I returned because , altho they performed well, the leds didnt indicate as quoted. The replacements had a similar problem, but given the convenience of the unit I discussed and settled the issue with Thomann to mutual satisfaction. But I've had mine in continuous use now for around 2 months and they are great to use. Recommended.

Used without a hitch for over a year
I nearly didn't leave a review for these because I bought them ages ago - but thought it would be useful to someone to know that I've used these very frequently and they've been solid as. Not one single crackle, jitter, stumble, shut down or cut out. I was worried about the build quality thinking I'd best carry a spare jack (and I still do) but only needed to use it twice because I wasn't keeping track of the battery. Whilst 5 hours or whatever it is is great - don't do what I do and add your stage times together over a few gigs if you forget to turn them off during your breaks haha. I'd invest in a small USB power bank to use as a backup that can be ran to a charge cable and stored in your pocket. I've considered even velcroing one to the inside of my acoustic - but I'd probably forget to charge that too!
The good thing about these is that both transmitter and receiver are USB and quite standard cables so they can be sourced in a venue unlike some 9v equivalent systems.

Smart wireless guitar connectivity
Used in my home studio.. I wanted to be able to move around without the cable issues.
The unit delivers perfectly and I recommend it's use. Battery life is good no issues there and sound restitution is as advertised.
The advantage is obvious and it is simple to use virtually plug and play. I tried my PRS, Gibson's and Strats/ Tele including Blackie with Lace Sensors with no problems to report.
Best portable unit on the market in my view. Construction as indicated by others could probably be improved and a replaceable rechargeable battery would put it best in it's league.

FINALLY FREE TO MOVE
I could no longer stand to trip over the threads. This system has completely solved the problem, I can move around the stage or in my room without worries. Just plug it in, already set, perfect sound, excellent workmanship, excellent durability, even 5 hours of intense use, fast charging. In short, very satisfied. Thomann as usual ready to help.

Just remember to CHARGE it!!
I have two sets of these so that I can swap guitars at will during a set, without the hassle of the spaghetti of leads under my feet all the time, and then snagging the instrument stand every time. They are incredibly convenient, discrete, and invisible in every way. There is, if you wander too far from the mixer/amp, the tiniest of delays in the sound - almost imperceptible. Well endorsed from here, an ?acoustic? guitar/mandolin/bouzoukibased duo. I just wish they?d develop the same for the mic.

Awesome piece of kit
This is my first wireless system and couldn't be easier to use. Tested it right after I got it our rehearsal studio, walked out the door and down the corridor with no breakup in the signal. Great quality while in the room with the amp with no discernible latency in the signal or noise/colouration.
Haven't had to use the other channels yet, but great knowing I have that option. The units themselves are really lightweight and the hinge between the unit and the jack feels pretty sturdy and never feels flimsy when its plugged in and you're messing with the angle and position of the jack.
Have gigged them twice so far and they held their charge perfectly.
Great entry-level system.

They do what they do very well!
These work exactly as I had hoped. I've had them a while now and haven't experienced any issues with them at all. Easy to use, the charge lasts a long time, and they are reliable. I'm using in a home setup only. The only thing I'd change is the design, which is a bit ugly in my opinion.

A reliable cost effective wireless unit, so far.
After returning the first faulty unit (signal intermittently dropping out), I was apprehensive about the replacement but this unit has been 100% reliable at rehearsal and on stage for over year, at time of writing. It's easy to use and set up and very neat. The transmitter plugs into guitar, the receiver into amp and you're ready to play. No wires or aerials. The Xvive wireless unit comes with a usb Y-split charger cable allowing both units to be charged at once. According to the documentation, a charge should last around 5 hours which is plenty for a normal gig. The batteries aren't replaceable but should last several years so, at a very competitive price, if the batteries go, I'll probably just buy another unit. The only annoying omission is that it doesn't come with the mains/usb adapter which is needed for charging.
Overall, it's a neat, reliable, cost competitive wireless unit.

Very good product
If you doing small gigs or playing at home, being able to move around without having to be restrained by the cable length is amazing! No perceptible loss on sound quality. I'm very happy with this product!
