At ceiling heights of more than 6 m, sound reinforcement with ceiling installation loudspeakers is generally no longer appropriate, since the ratio of direct sound to the indirect sound component from the room acoustics becomes too unfavourable in the listening level and the speech is greatly blurred. The low-cost 1-way spherical loudspeaker KL 1603 is equipped with a 166 mm wide loudspeaker chassis and is suitable both for the transmission of speech as well as for background music. We recommend the KL 1603/2 2-way loudspeaker for particularly high-quality PA applications that go beyond background grounding. It is equipped with a powerful 166 mm coax chassis. This ensures the famous WHD brilliance in the high-frequency range - and, of course, not to forget - for a wider beam angle to higher frequencies. The ceiling attachment is carried out by means of a suspended strain relief which is concealed by a canopy.
