Der Sound ist einfach der Hammer !
Normalerweise spiele
ich entweder 19Zoll DBX 160X oder zur Aufnahme Neve 543 (für Aufnahmen).
Diese Kiste gibt mir das gleiche Gefühl. Klingt Hammer macht Spass.
Eine echt komische Sache gibt es bei der Kiste allerdings.
Der TrueBypass verändert den Sound extrem. Der BufferedBypass
allerdings so gut wie nicht. Sonst hätte ich die Kiste zurück gegeben.
Daumen hoch.... sollte sich jeder Gitarrist gönnen.

small, lightweight and good sound
I have both Origin Effects "Cali76" and a "Cali76 Stacked" both sound great but are rather heavy.
The UAFX 1176 also weighs half as much and for my use, sounds just as good, just right for a small fly pedalboard.
The feature set is all you need...
Sent the UAFX 1176 back to Thomann - the pedal is real good, but....
I'll stick to my old Origin Effects "Cali76"

At last a compressor I like!
I’ve tried a few compressors but always end up selling them as I just can’t stand the way they squash the dynamics.
This 1176 is more of a limiter really. Which totally sounds great to me and feels fantastic under the fingers.
It does add extra brightness! This is a positive as that’s what you need in the mix. Works great with other overdrives and delays. I play Tele and Strat.
Btw, this 1176 pedal can be used as an overdrive. It gives such a unique kind of distorted sound.

Overpriced
To me, this compressor doesn't really work for guitar purposes and there are other pedals out the that are much cheaper that sound better to my ears. I love 1176 style compression in my DAW on guitar tracks but I didn't get that feel out of this unit personally.

Quasi perfetto
Se non fosse un po’ macchinosa la gestione del livello dry in modalità parallela, sarebbe praticamente perfetto. Suono ben superiore alla media
