Der Halter sitzt zum einen nur wenig fest zwischen Saiten, was mit der Saitendicke noch zunimmt. Bei Darmsaiten oder den Fatblack von Gut-a-like bekommt man den Halter kaum montiert. Bei dünnen Metallsaiten à la Spirocore etc. ist das vielleicht ein geringes Problem. Das größere Problem ist, daß man mit der Halterung und dem Ovid-Mikro das Mikro aufgrund der Kürze des Schwanenhalses nur bis zur Decke bekommt. Die lautesten Stellen sind aber über den F-Löchern, die man von den Saiten zwischen Steg und Saitenhalter nicht erreicht. Ich habe dann mit zwei Klammern aus dem Baumarkt die Halterung am Steg festgemacht, was dann allerdings sehr gut geklappt hat und weshalb ich die Halterung nicht zurückgegeben habe.

Nachtrag: Nach geringer Benutzung hat sich von dem Gummi der Clip gelöst. Der Halter ging also schnell kaputt.
