Very nice for any beginner bassist
I bought this bass almost 5 years ago when I decided I wanted to learn to play on something, and even though I got another better one some time ago, I still have this one sitting in my room.
After playing it for some time i have nothing bad to say about that instrument. For that price it's a very solid choice for anyone starting adventure in music. I like the shape, finish and weight. It holds tune very well and it's really comfortalbe to play. It sounds very nice too! If I remember correctly it was playable right out of the box.
But it could also get some improvements. If you know someone more expirenced with instruments or have access to luthier or guitar shop, give it to them for regulation. It doesn't have to be the case with your copy, but mine required some adjustments to truss rod and string action.
Other than that if you are wondering to start playing and don't want to spend a lot of money it's a no brainer. Go get it.
