As a student who plays the violin as a hobby, I needed a case for taking my violin to classes and orchestra and it suits me amazingly. The case is very light and it fits my stradivari-model violin perfectly. My only concerns are that the zipper seems to be of lower quality and my bow fits exactly into the case (it touches the casing at the tip and end) so I had to slightly push the bow into the case for the first two times.
