slight damage & bad fixings

These are weighty and very sturdy. However, some of the bolts / screw to attach the speakers were extremely difficult or, in one case, impossible to screw in. A bit nerve wracking with a £7k pair of monitors. In the end though, despite one missing bolt, the monitors are secured and seem fairly bombproof.

There was also some damage to one stand. It looked like a bit had been ground away. Thought the anodised finish and a rough indent into the steel. Where it's positioned this isn't very visible though. I'm sure I could've had the item replaced but was too impatient.

Pas grand chose à redire

Alors, 5 étoiles pour la qualité, mais je peux pas mettre la note parfaite pour le produit au global. C'est vendu à 340€ la paire. J'essaye de comprendre mais je n'y arrive pas. Il n'y a pas de pièce complexe, tout est fait de métal "plat" donc l'arrête est à peine usinée. C'est des vis classiques et le système de réglage de l'inclinaison est on ne peut plus rudimentaire. L'usinage est "ok" mais n'a rien de particulièrement haut de gamme.
Bref, c'est des pieds basiques quoi, mais à plus de 300 balles.
Mes 8351B sont à la vertcale sur ces pieds, ça tient bien pas de soucis, par contre le pied est légèrement "souple" sur la pliure. dans les mains impossible de s'en apercevoir, ça reste rigide, mais avec les 14kg de l'enceinte ça fait un peu ressort si je tape le bureau (quand je m'assieds ou que je me pousse du bureau pour me lever). Rien de bien gênant ceci étant, n'allez pas imaginer que c'est cheap mais ces trucs devraient coûter 2 fois moins cher. Parce qu'on a déjà mis 8000€ dans les enceintes fait qu'on est moins regardant sur quelques centaines d'euros pour s'offrir le pied officiel, et ça Genelec l'a bien compris. Et puis c'est Genelec, le son tout droit venu des cieux, on les pardonne (un peu).

Perfekter Sitz für meine 8341 oder 8351

Top verarbeitet, und hervorragend konzeptioniert. Wenn man die 8431 quer einhängt wird unten aufgrund der Trägerskonstruktion die Stellfläche des Studiotisches nur minimal kleiner.
Darüber hinaus klingen meine 8341 deutlich besser als mit den orginal Füßen , die ich bisher nach oben geneigt hatte. Dass der Unterschied so stark ist, wenn die ganze Box quasi auf Ohrhöhe ist hätte ich nicht gedacht das ist bei mir gefühlte 20 % + Audioqualität und Präzision, obgleich im selben Raum, auf demselben Tisch und natürlich mit GLM eingemessen. Die Stands sind absolut empfehlenswert und die Konstruktion rechtfertigt den Preis.
