Spectacular tone!

This cable is really, REALLY good. Especially for singlecoil guitars (Tele, Strat, Jazzmaster). Once you plug your instrument into a quality tube amp with this cable, you might experience a far more dynamic, touch sensitive tone... don't miss out on this. There's only 3 cables that have made this kind of impact on me - the EA Lyric HG, the Vovox Sonorus and the Fishman Asterope. The only downside to the Lyrics - the cable itself is quite hard to wrap, it's limited flexibility is something you just have to get used to.

I'm using these cables since years.
The cable it quite rigid. I would not recommend it for stage.
In studio, there is no problem and the sound is really good. I'm using it on a fender strat and on hardware synths. It is amazing how much additional details you will hear. Like in Hi-fi, you will discover that music lies in micro-details. The downside is that this may change (I mean really) the way your are considering your mix...

wow this one amazing cable i comes with a nice pouch too
the only issue is it a stiff cable so remember to unplug it
in case of tripping well contructed and amazing tonality

Gutes Kabel...

Das Lyric HG ist ein schönes, aber etwas steifes Kabel. Ich bespreche hier die 3m Länge. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, da meiner Erfahrung nach eine andere Länge auch anders klingt.

Die Schrumpfschläuche auf den Steckerenden sind teilweise vom Konus abgerutscht, so daß eine Lücke entstanden ist. Nicht wirklich schön, macht aber das Kabel deswegen nicht schlechter.

Klanglich hat es eine gute Auflösung zu bieten. Die Tiefmitten sind etwas fülliger als beim Vovox Sonorus, dafür sind die Höhen nicht ganz so fein. Generell ist der Sound aber recht gut und schleierlos. Die Dynamik ist ok.

Ich habe es, aufgrund der eher geringen Flexibilität für die "Letzte Meile", also zwischen Booster und Amp genutzt.
