Protection against unwanted noise
A good protection against extra wind sound and noise for my condenser microphones. and now realise that it is also a good protection against Virus as well. The foam will be removed and clean up after every recording before the next user.

Surprisingly Durable
Ultimately its just a windscreen but I have windscreens for all my mics and I have to say I find this one surprisingly durable! A necessary addition in my opinion and one that is well made so a satisfactory purchase.

The only one worth getting for your RE20, PL33, RE27 or RE320
If you need a foam windscreen for these mics, this is the one to get, the real Electrovoice, not a cheap copy. This is better foam, chosen to have the right acoustic properties, and not some generic material chosen to be cheap. There are up-market 3rd-party windscreens that will also work well but you can order this one from the same suppliers as the mic, plus it's sure to be long-lasting, a good fit and most effective as it was developed to match the mics

Exactly what I needed.
Takes that extra edge of plosives on my re320. Fits perfect.

One of the best Foam Winshields i have eve used,,
Its for the EV broadcast mic's but works equally well with othe large mics, HIGHLY RECOMENDED !.

Works Great
Not sure if it's due to the cardioid mic that I use (EV 20) but it worked really great outside during a huge wind.

Why did I wait so long?
I have been using a clip on pop shield. No idea why really. This is so much easier.
