I have been using Ernie Ball 2221's for years now and they are simply the best when it comes to price/quality. They last longer than similar strings from other big brands and feel and sound a lot better too

Ik had deze mee besteld met een Squier strat. op de gitaar gelegd en dat was een prima upgrade! De gitaar is inmiddels vertrokken naar een ander, maar ik denk dat ze er nog steeds op liggen.

When you begin to play guitar, you'll soon discover the importance of good strings. Over the years I've tried many different types of strings, but the Ernie Ball nickel wound sets have everything I couldn't find in other strings.

Most strings start to sound 'dead' after two months of playing them. Max!!! These Ernie Ball strings keep sounding fresh even after a year of intense usage. And furthermore, something that really struck me, was the fact that I've been using these string on stage for ten years in a row. Ten years of playing hard driven rock. And in those ten years of heavily abuse, playing two gigs a week, I broke a string ... twice(!!!).
Now, since I hate restringing and these strings keep playing smooth and they keep sounding fresh....., I found the perfect strings for me.
