Roth & Junius CR PVS VN 4/4 Tintul

Me ha encantado esta mentonera, el tacto es muy suave, y viene con un pequeño "tornillo" para su montaje; es bastante alta, hay que tenerlo en cuenta si tenéis el cuello corto.

The Wood is unusually beautiful (almost like a sculpture) and for the price this is a very good value. Unfortunately the screws to fit it on to the violin are poorly made (a problem with Roth and Julius) and it took me a lot of fiddling around and frustration before I was able to finally succeed in getting it placed on the violin. However, the shoulder rest is a nice one and cheap so it may be worth the inherent frustration in installing it. With some patience you can get it done. I am tempted as to whether to return it or just keep it as a work of art.

Leukatuki on kaunis ja silmää miellyttävä. Itselleni oli valitettavasti pettymys, kun se oli minulle epäsopiva: huonon mallinen ja liian korkea. Tämä on tietysti yksilöllistä ja se mikä ei sovi yhdelle, voi sopia toiselle. Työn jälki oli kuitenkin erinomaista. Yhdessä samasta puusta tehtyjen kieltenpitimen ja viritystappien kanssa viulu näyttää todella kauniilta.
