Super bass uke (fijn met roundwound snaren)
Wat n verademing, een bas uke met metalen snaren, die heel fijn aanvoelen en goed klinken. Vergeleken met die rubberen snaren zo snel goed gestemd, en een goede constructie, degelijke build. Zeer aan te raden! Als je op zoek bent naar een goede degelijke bas uke, gewoon deze nemen!

Good mid-priced Ubass
I bought this one as a sidekick to my Kala striped ebony FL. I know form previous experiences that the kind of piezo the mid-price ubasses are equipped with might produce uneven volume balance between the strings. Luckily this one is good! I do not fancy the roundwound factory strings, and changed to a mixed set of flat Aquila and Gallistrings. I have now much better control on the treble side.
Build quality is acceptable but not top notch. Typical chinese build and QC. A few minor issues, like the cover on the hatch that was no properly glued, and some visible glue by the nut. Otherwise fine. The preamp/tuner is rather mediocre. I do prefer a 2-band Shadow over this no brand 3-band. The tuner is not very precise and might make intonation challenging.
