Sonarworks is superior
Sorry, but ARX X wont work as systemwide output, so You cannot listen to music with measurement turned on. Unless You buy IK Multimedia Arc Studio hardware or iLoud monitor speakers. This is very dissapointing, and I am writing this despite the fact I could be considered IK's fanboy. I have a ton of their products. Tonex, Tonex pedal, Tonex plug (just ordered), Amplitube, Irig hd x, axe io one, even the old irig 2. But sorry, not this time. I wont pay for another hardware, because this software COULD EASILY WORK without it, as the Sonarworks Reference works. The whole point of measuring and correcting a space is to have an ability to train your ears afterwards with the sound of your room corrected. And You cant, because this works only as VST. Unless... You pay again.
