I primarily use this neck guard as a pencil holder. It is in a convenient position and is the correct size for an average HB pencil size.

The material is great and the velcro is strong enough to withstand tight fitting trombone cases.

At the edges the material looks like it is separating, but so far non of the stitching has shown any signs of breaking away.

Ich hatte bei Chris Barber (in concert) gesehen, dass er seine Posaune dort dick getaped hatte, wo sie den Hals berührt.
Da mich die Vorstellung immer gestört hat, dass man den Lack "abschwitzen" und mit dem Metall in Berührung kommen könnte, habe ich dieses Teil gekauft.
Fazit: Prima, klappt. Es ließ sich auf meiner Tenor (Jürgen Voigt) einwandfrei anbringen, Klettverschluss hält bombig, sieht gut aus, ist angenehm an der Haut und einen Bleistift hat man immer in der Nähe.
Bitte beachten: Der Neck Guard passt natürlich nicht auf alle Rohr-Durchmesser und alle Ventilkonstruktionen. Also ausprobieren und ggf. anpassen.
Ich spreche eine eindeutige Empfehlung aus.
