Steady strength builder

Had a wrist fracture in my fret hand during my youth, hand's been well since but hadn't realised how much more mobility and strength I'd require since I've decided to pick up learning the guitar. Been using this product for a bit and it has shown to be a useful tool to help improve movement and strengthen my hands.

useful to alleviate muscular strain

helps to train the muscle and the hands correctly
alleviates the tension after hours of studying
might be boring to do the simple opening and closing of the fingers, but keep in mind that it really helps and prevents injuries in exchange of 5/10 minutes before and after playing.

some instructions are included and two different sized elastic bands.

After some months it has started to develop little cracks, so it won’t last many years.

Been using this daily for few minutes and seems to do the trick! First two days were hard, but quick progress and now my strength has increased noticeably. Only worry is the elastic finger loops, have to be careful not to twist and break them. would buy again.
