Millenium Rackstand 12U

For the first look, when it's out-of-the-box, looks like everything is ok.
But after the beginning of the setup, the problems were coming.
The upper connecting rod is still useless, disable the top unit space.
But not better at the bottom, that unit space is also too narrow,
so only 10U or less available to built-in.
Another problem is the screw holes, those are painted after the preparation, so the included screws are not really fitted into them.
At last but not least, this thingy is not so strong in stability.
The only positive property is the price, but unfortunately it shows the lack of quality.
