Serves the same purpose as a bassoon stand, but is much more portable and much less expensive
The strap can be used on most types of chairs
The top strap is easily adjustable and holds the bassoon securely to the side of the chair
The boot tray, held by the chair leg, fits snugly over the bassoon's boot and prevents the bassoon from sliding around
Can be stored in a very small space
Weighs only about 85 g and is a great way to hold the bassoon vertically during a rehearsal break without having to carry around a heavy, bulky stand
