Cioks GRIP V2

I ordered this to install my DC5 on my pedaltrain nano+ instead of using velcro.

Upon unboxing I realised the CIOKS GRIP is supposed to fit on the DC5 with screws - the only problem is that my DC5 has no holes for said screws. I contacted CIOKS and they told me the GRIP is only compatible with DC5 version 1.2 and above (mine is 1.1). At present, this information is not present on either the CIOKS website or Thomann's product description.

Thankfully Thomann's customer service provided a speedy refund.

The Cioks grip lets me attach my DC7 to my Pedaltrain board snugly and quickly without the need for any drilling. It feels solid and secure, and as such does its job perfectly. An excellent accessory.

Works perfectly for the job, in my case attaching a DC7 to a Pedaltrain Novo 24.

Only caveat is that if you want to put the mount underneath the pedalboard so it's not seen from the front rail, there isn't quite enough space to insert the Allen wrench into the screw. You'll need to shorten your Allen wrench a little.

Fits well and nice on my Pedaltrain Nano plus.

I use this with my Cioks DC7 and different pedaltrain boards and it is just wonderful.
Before I used to drill holes on the board and now with this unit it is so easy and you can move the unit as desired.
Highly recommended.

Quite sturdy, fits my Nano+ and Sol perfectly. Once mounted, the Sol is flush with the pedalboard so there's as much clearance as the feet of the board allow.

I mean, let's be honest, it's a piece of metal, but it does the job of holding my cioks dc7 underneath my pedaltrain snugly. I screwed it on once and haven't thought about it since. It's as simple as it should be.

I use this to mount my Cioks DC7 to my Pedaltrain Metro 20. Good quality piece.

DC7 slotted, wedged with a bit of Velcro into my Pedatrain-mini.
I know… DC7 for such a small board, I do power a Wah and looper on occasion.
So didn’t need this, and it would have costed to return. So sits on a shelf waiting for a unlikely board upgrade..
Have a good measure before you buy.
